So we all know chinese food and pizza taste so much better the day after cold, but what about paleo leftovers? I love me some wilted greens and roasts, but I find due to the high levels of saturated fat in some of these dishes, they tend to have an unpleasant mouthfeel as cold leftovers. So paleo people, what are some dishes you like to eat cold the next day for lunch? (Yes I know I can reheat my food, but I want to focus on foods that taste good cold, not food that reheats well and/or starts out cold to begin with. i.e. salads)
