Thinking about starting.

I do know what Paleo is and have been with this subreddit ever since i heard about it, it has also been my diet choice if i ever wanted to try one and now i have found the motivation.

So i guess i want to know what really can i have? (i know meat, vegetables, and fruit) but is that it? what do i need to watch out for in certain things? what makes everything easier?

i have so many questions!! I'm not really even sure what to ask! please just bum-rush me with info guys!! i want it all!!!
