Never before have I had to contact support, but based on this lack of response I wonder if it’s worth continuing to support this game that doesn’t seem to give a shit about helping me.

I have the founders pack on both PC and Nintendo switch, an active battle pass on both systems, and purchased other cosmetic items.

I finally convinced my friend to play with me and he only has a PS4. Oh well I guess I’ll play there too! I download the game, launch it, and it sits at ‘LOADING PROFILE’. I redownloaded the game. I checked that my PSN is tied to my Hi-Rez account (it is). I tried Smite on PS4 to make sure it works (it does). I disconnect and reconnect my PSN from my Hi-Rez account. Same problem. Maybe it’s my internet? I tethered my cellphone to my PS4 and still the same problem.

So June 14th I submit a ticket to Hi-Rez, explain to my friend I hear it takes a few days to get back to people on tickets so I’ll let you know when they get back to me.

June 23rd, still no response so I reply to the ticket letting them know this issue is still ongoing.

July 12th, it’s been nearly a month so I reply to the ticket again incase it was closed in error or something.

Still no response. How is this acceptable? What do I need to do to even get a reply, any reply, I’d even take an unhelpful one at this point. My friend can’t begin to fathom why we still can’t play together.

I’m hundreds of dollars in on Paladins, but why should I continue to give them money if something happens to one of my main accounts and I can’t expect them to even REPLY to me.

Edit: I DM’d my info to Hi-Rez and support got back to me the next day. They don’t have a solution to my problem beyond creating a new Hi-Rez account which seems not ideal incase I play Smite again, but at least I have a reply.
