no champion chests received (based on champ. level)

Haven't been too updated in the OB64 situation so I don't know what happened here, but last I heard we were supposed to receive a number of chests per champion based on their level yet I didn't get anything when I logged in for the first time in a week today.
Has this "feature" been removed or is it just a bug?
