Add indicators for MalDamba's Mending Spirits

I think it would benefit players if Mending Spirits had indicators for players, like the one for Tyra's Hunter's Mark or Seris' Restore Soul.
That way, the range for the heals would be better determined by players and they would know if they missed or not, whcih would come in helpful if they don't run Eerie Presence on their loadout.
