Serious question about the community

Why is the comp community so damn toxic and bad… I am trying to get the 75 wins skin and ppl afk during comp or don’t pick tank or healers when they need to fill. I just can’t take this game serious man. never had such a bad experience in a ranked game before. Also why does nobody speak english???
