People from SEA how is your ping?

Me and my friend all are from different states and use different ISP and all have 170 ping minimum (yes it goes up while playing).

How the hell anyone from SEA are playing this game or is anyone even playing it?

I switch to EU n it gives same 200 ping but somewhat more stable than SEA like what?? N How?? but after a while it goes up to 400.

Why it's so bad, I used to play regularly n now I rarely launch it like once a month. My friends play it less than that,they even uninstall the game after playing it once in a blue moon with me.
