Where to find people to play with?

I played a bit in beta, and forgot all about it, but recently I have really got into the game.
Problem is I might win one in ten games. Sometimes the team play is some what lacking, sometimes people are more interested in kills.
Basically I want to find a group of people to play with so I can get my win percentage up and actually do things right.
