Heyy Guys, I hope everyone is doing great. So I have been hitting the gym for the past 2 months and I have been taking care of my diet, taking more natural sources of protien like chicken breasts, eating oats, peanut butter and cutting off on sugar.
My gym trainer has been trying to convince me to consume those protien supplements, like whey protein etc, I will attach the pictures. I want to know are they healthy to have them because I am reluctant to consume them because they may affect my kidneys and liver because I have heard they are not very good for the health, they may give you muscles but harm you more.
Can people who are into fitness suggest me how can I intake more protein naturally or those supplements are safe to consume.
