Phone under 6.4 inches

Salaam everyone, I have budget of 200k with everything pushed to max.
I'm looking for a phone to buy that's PTA approved with a size of under 6.4 inches as I'm not a big fan of the trendy bricks nowadays. I don't think I can afford an iPhone and I can't take a risk with pixels since I've read a lot on how bad someone's luck can go with them.
6.4inches is the max and anything lower would be sweeter.
TIA
Edit: I don't want to go for patched devices, don't know much about them.
