Building a PC for casual gaming and video editing on a budget of 160k

Alright so it seems that compared to buying a gaming laptop, its more feasible to build a gaming PC. Problem is that I've been completely out of touch with stuff for more than 7 years.
My budget is 150k and I intend to use it for the following:
CS: GO PUBG (Insert any good shooting/horror game name here)
and ofcourse video editing and graphics design (Photoshop, Blender, Illustrator).
I have no idea regarding how to pair which CPU to which GPU and stuff like that. I could REALLY use some help here.
