Post Body

Hi guys, a few days ago I bought a brand new HP Envy X360 13-m and for one month it was working perfectly fine. It’s currently running Windows 10 and is 64 bit. However, a month later some weird shit happened by itself and the audio started malfunctioning. It’s working fine one second and the next, it gets super low to the point where I’m barely able to hear anything. A while later, only the left speaker starts to function properly and then that stops too, bringing the audio back to being super low. I’ve tried everything including deleting and reinstalling drivers, restarting several times etc. I would really appreciate it if I could get some help around here as to what I should do, thanks so much!
