Any recommendations or tips

Pretty much as tittled any advice on replacing the motor or anything related to wiring it ect. Iv never done it before i have watched some videos and am just now looking for some advice see what everyones thoughts are. I rather be safe then sorry. Plus as im moving ill have time to research till i can pull it back out and work on it. Thank younin advance. Happy gaming!
