Apothecarium which is the former Ilera has been my watering hole for about a year. Even after the transition, the customer service has been top notch. Super friendly, just a great vibe.

So early yesterday morning I placed an online order through Blackbird. I noticed some GR was on the google docs file but not on Blackbird. I dig GR. I arrive to pick up my order and ask the pharmacist if I can add a g of bubba diagonal. I saw her grab the g out of the bin but then kinda spaced out counting my cash. I get home and somehow the GR g vanished. I tore my car apart. Retraced the 20 steps from my parking space to my house.

I call Apothecarium. They were super cool. Told me to come in, they will have a g ready for me. Top notch service. I couldn't be more impressed with the entire staff, top to bottom because they made it right.

tl;dr this place fucks.
