My rythm cart cracked after only a day

hello! i’ve had the worst luck with carts lately. i was hitting my cart and it literally cracked and oil started to leak everywhere. after i tried to remove the cart from my pen the glass came off and the oil went everywhere. i got in contact with the dispo and the brand. still waiting on a response from the brand. not sure if they can’t even do anything about this
