Iโm 25 (m) and had PVCs every now and then. When I noticed one or two PVCs a day on several days in a row it already scared me. (Quite funny when I look at my situation now.) A handful of times I experienced days with "constant" PVCs (like one per minute). This happened on days where I was extremely stressed. But after some sleep everything went back to normal. Until last year.
In October I experienced a day with many, many PVCs again. But unlike the times before they have stayed. I get them until today. I had around 2,000/day when I did my first holter in November. In December the number was still in the hundreds (or nearly a 1,000/day). As far as I can feel, this is the situation still.
I have suffered from cardiophobia as well as panic disorder and agoraphobia for quite some years. So the situation eats me alive. I got my heart checked shortly after it started. But every PVC I feel, terrifies me and I donโt function in everyday life anymore. I constantly have to distract myself from thinking about stuff like Brugada syndrome. Or how absurde the whole thing is: just getting them from one day to the other.
