Hey all,

Long story short, I’ve had PACs due to stress/anxiety for a few months now. I wore a 48 hour monitor back in June and the only thing shown were a very low number of random and sporadic PAC’s in that two day stretch.

Since then, they’ve come and gone. Some days I feel a few, other days I don’t.

I had my first ever Echocardiogram done earlier this month and I was relieved to find that my heart is structurally healthy. The cardiologist did mention my heart function was slightly “hyper dynamic” which he said should resolve by drinking more water.

Anyways, I’m 11 weeks pregnant and I’ve been feeling more premature beats the last couple of days. They are still random and sporadic in nature but definitely more often than usual and they catch me off guard every time. Is this normal in pregnancy? I know for sure I haven’t been drinking enough water because I’ve been nauseous. I also am wondering about anemia, since my prenatal vitamins do not contain iron. I will find out my bloodwork results later this week.

Thoughts? Advice? Did this happen to you?
