So if my resting hr is low 60s upper 50s (sleep is upper 40s) will a beta blocker even work ? Tried metoprolol tartrate for 5 days and felt like it made my pvcs worse and had chest ache at night .. then tried propranolol for 1 night and got the chest ache again and didn't do anything but take anxiety away a bit.. so what else can I do ? Should I give beta blockers more time to work ? And is chest ache concerning ? Told my cardio and dude just told me to up the dose lol tf ?
