So I gave in the other day and started taking my beta blocker (metaprolol) 12.5mg twice a day .. My question is if I ever want to get off this shit how hard is it gonna be say compared to a benzo? Also am I gonna feel like shit all the time on this ? Or just for a few weeks till it gets in my system ? Cause I'm getting some pretty nasty anxiety from it for some reason 😳😵💫 fml
