Vehicles accelerate and drive extremely slow for me

Just fine when my squadmates drive, they get full speed. Doesn't matter if I'm holding boost or not, my vehicle is always much slower. This is on PS4 with a stock DualShock controller. Has anyone else had this problem and found a way to fix it?
