Sound in-game (new player) Help?

Post Body

Hello everybody, I am a new to pubg I have only played a couple of hours since I just bought it today. I have noticed that in-game there is a massive amount of sounds happening at once, rain / thunder / foot steps / airplanes / vehicles etc etc. and for me it seems very unbalanced and also the sound settings arent very helpful because they are not precise enough. I just think there is too much happening at once and it sounds stupid but the sound options should have more options haha. Is there anyone that feels the same way about the sound in-game? Is there something that I could do about this to help myself hear stuff more clearly and decrease the amount of useless noises?
