Hi everyone, so up until yesterday afternoon I was playing PTCGL with no login issues.

The account I used on PTCGL we'll call D29. PTCGL would automatically log me in to this account when I started the client and it has different login information from my Pokemon Trainer club account.

Now, when I go to log in, it asks only for a Pokemon Trainer club account login and not my PTCGL account, and so when I try to use the login info for D29 it doesn't work, and neither does the password recovery feature. The only thing so far that lets me get into PTCGL anymore is the Pokemon Trainer club account information, which is a different account with no cards and level 0, etc.

I contacted support and they didn't seem to exactly understand my issue, thinking I was referring to multiple Pokemon Trainer club accounts. This is about a PTCGL account.

Now I have a hard time believing such a huge company with a massive player base would just rug-pull my account without warning, so I'm clearly missing something. Anyone else run into this and know what the hell to do? It's seriously demotivating and kind of worrying.
