When I first got pssd I was very depressed (like horribly depressed) I had full ED and no sensitivity. I’m now 90% normal functioning sensitivity everything.I tried everything to fix the issue but nothing worked for about 3/4 a year. Then I started taking vitamins and finally got my legs bigger from lifting (legs are natural test and libido boosters for man) which helped a lot. The key for me was increasing my testosterone anyway possible I because I knew if I did that I would regain at least some libido. I slowly got better from supplementing vitamins like zinc and vitamin d, we are all vitamin d deficient so supplementing 5k UI a day can increase your test by like 25% believe it or not. I slowly was recovering after about a year and a half but what really finished me and got me to 90% was taking fenugreek pills daily I’m now able to get horny and keep a hard on. I will probably make one more post after this if I get back to 100% but I no longer stress about it or check the Reddit very often just thought I’d update. I recommend optimizing test as a man by working out lifting heavy and taking your basic vitamins that’s what helped me the most and got me out of the depression I was in a little bit. F pssd was my worst nightmare.
