I think im having some, maybe temporary Sexual problems? I'm currently in the process of tapering off Escitalopram. I'm frequently going off and on, sometimes i had to increase a bit dose and sometimes it's decrease. I have had a very strong libido, even while on Antidepressant. But yesterday I tried masturbating after like 3-4 days and I have had some sort of erectile dysfunction and muted ( numbed ) feelings, like I had the feeling of orgasm inside but it took me a whole lot of time to get proper erection. It took time, but i ejaculated with little orgasm.

Is this possibly temporary and go away with time as body heals?
