Explanation of the Massage: Do the position. Perferably naked until you get a feel for where the muscles are. Its basically on the edge of your hip bone and on the side of the anus. Massage that muscle upwards towards your testes or vagina. Then move the testes out of the way and keep massage. If there is pain anywhere thats a good sign because it means your muscle is in fact tight! Another excercise to do is to squeeze ur anus and then relax. Do the same with your pee hole.

HELLO EVERYONE! I feel like a million dollars right now! Its been a couple of days of doing the pelvic floor massage. PVM! I got a lot of feedback saying I didn't explain the position very well. So I included the picture that my doctor gave me!

I just took a bath and I got a rock hard erection doing this massage. So you can do the massage on yoir back. Im just trying to do the massage (even just for 20 seconds) as often as possible to keep (this is my theory) my testes on so it produces T!.

Now I understand every ones body is different and the medication was different.. Either that or people just have different levels of PSSD. But I feel like a completely different person. This is the dream come true. I can start living my life again. Is this a cure? I'm not sure. Perhaps other muscles or other things are happening in my body.. Like my eyes got worse with PSSD. Do I need to massage my eye muscles? I'm not sure but my eyes are getting better.

I feel like these dark 3 yrs are now closing. That said I will be here fighting for PSSD still. I will always advocate. I will now work on raising my T (its at 200) so I can be strong enough to fight Eli Lilly.
