Remote play possible via IPv6?

With my new internet provider (Vodafone Germany) I only get a IPv6 address and IPv4 via Ds-Lite.
Can I still use remote play? If yes, is there a manual for this? Since IPv4 addresses are running out that might be a problem for more users. Thanks!
