What devices do you use for the absolute best performance / zero Input lag?

I used around 4 smartphones in the last 1,5 years with psplay and none of them had zero Input lag (at least not with 60fps and a good resolution). The only device that works almost perfectly is my hacked switch with android.
I'm curious who of you can give me the "perfect" device for psplay. I'm talking of local mode, not remote.
