Please help! Psp needs to be updated but can’t connect to wifi. Any online updates or something I can download ?

So my psp is stuck in 3.90 and I need to get it to 6.61 in order to homebrew but since most modern Wi-Fi’s are wpa2 it won’t connect. Are there any online ways to update my system with a pc preferably MAC but windows will work too.
