Not getting Sonic campaign items?

Anyone having issues getting the Sonic themed campaign items? I just formed a party with friends and alliance members and completed a Urgent Quest and I am not getting any rewards in the "Claim Item Campaign" menu.
Anyone experiencing the same/have a fix for this?
