the PSO2 global first CBT was in early February and the game released in late May
PSO2:NGS's first CBT was late January, so if it followed the same timetable it would release mid-May at some point.
Obviously NGS is a much bigger change than localizing a game that had been out for 8 years already, but I still think it could be on a similar timeframe (barring any major setbacks in the beta periods)
anyway, here's hoping we don't have to wait too long
