I've had a rough past six months. COVID. In grad school full-time and working full-time. Multiple family deaths. Etc. Needless to say, I'm FINALLY getting around to completing the forms. I was FINALLY able to get the form online completed--I had to refresh multiple times, reenter the information EVERY time I tried it. Sometimes employers wouldn't show up. Others they would. Now, I can't get the damned form to download so I can print it out and fax it in. I can't submit it! I now have to go back to work in 10 minutes, which I'm afraid means the form will time-out and I'll lose everything I've entered thus far.
I'm on the verge of tears here.
Can anybody give me any sort of advice? Have any of you had difficulties with this much of the process? Am I completely fucked because I'm too late?
I just want to crawl back into bed and cry.
