Should I recertify employment?

I have been pretty patient and opt to check everyday to see my payment counts adjusted to reflect the one time adjustment. Has anyone had any luck recertifying employment from periods of forbearance and having those counts reflected once the form is processed. Pretty certain I have almost 3 years that are going to count once the adjustment is applied which will put me well over the top.
