Had to resubmit EFC - for the third time

I canāt help but notice the uptick in āgolden letterā posts about getting 120 payments. I reached that milestone last year (July 2023) and have been trying to get my payment counts updated ever since.
I consolidated my loans this summer and I did everything yall have been doing and have gotten no where. I called Student Aid today and I was told to re-re-resubmit my EFC with fresh signatures and todayās date and wait another few weeks.
Iāve really not felt this defeated in a while.
