Do I need to recertify employment early for the one-time account adjustment? And other questions?

I’m not due to recertify my PSLF-qualifying employment until October 2024, but should I do it sooner as I’m seeing that the account adjustments are expected to be completed by early September?

I’m currently in a forbearance that might get counted in the adjustment. And I’m on SAVE.

Also does anyone know if any of this litigation has an impact on the account adjustment?

More of a digression: Can they (mean GOP judges or a new admin) theoretically take away limited PSLF waiver counts already credited to me?
