I'm a lil frustrated I ask my department for help and usually get told to go to the website. I go to the website and I feel confused and overwhelmed... To tell you the truth I'm not even sure who I owe at the moment with recent name changes...it was Navient at some point...that said I'm in NY and if some sweet soul coukd direct me to either an office or wanna have some coffee my treat please PM me.
