Remaining payments all over the place

Just got updated payments and messages from Mohela saying they found 108 qualifying payments on 5 of my notes, 112 on 3 of them, and 113 on the rest. Looking like I need 12 more payments.
So all this data is from October 2022. Do I recertify October 2023 ? And hope it doesn’t take until March 2024 to go through ?
I don’t know if I can do another year teaching. I just don’t.
