I haven't been able to play this much, please tell me you can help?

I keep getting this for Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth and I can't seem to get it to work at all. I've tried everything from uninstalling and reinstalling, to going to safe mode and rebuilding data base, to factory resetting my PS5. I tried to call PlayStation and they said ((more or less) "since you tried all that, you'd have to call Square Enix instead". I tried to email them and got no where fast. Can someone please help me so it's not a waste of money getting this game, cause playstation won't refund it if it's been played even for a few seconds apparently
