How do I access PS4 disc save?

So, I started playing AC Valhalla without realising I hadn’t upgraded it to PS5. Once I did that, I started playing again as the PS5 version but lost my previous saves on the PS4 version. How do I retrieve these?
Note, both versions were played on one console - the PS5
