I'm on the ps5 and I recently had to factory reset it and forgot to transfer my data to the cloud. Not the biggest deal because all my online stuff in some games are still there. I re-installed sfv and loaded it up, if course none of my stuff was there so when I tried logging in it said it failed to retrieve my data and I can only play offline. Can anyone help? Also I bought the Championship Edition upgrade since I already have the disc and none of the characters or stages are there. I looked on the store and it says I have it purchased. Any help with this too?
