What one game would you recommend to someone to get the full experience of the PS5 who mostly plays games like FIFA, NBA, UFC?

What the title says. Mostly played multiplayer in those games. Uncharted and Spiderman were the only other games I played and I really enjoyed it. I was thinking Cyberpunk 2077 because of all the hype it's been getting and also seems like a really intriguing game. Please let me know what you think.
Edit: Forgot to mention I have played and really enjoyed GTA V. Don't know how that slipped my mind the first time! Thank you guys for your replies. :)
