Controller issues.
I was on my PS4 earlier in the day, and I went to do a network test to get back on the internet when my screen froze for a little bit on the screen. When my PS4 unfroze, my controller showed the standard white light when it's not connected and I couldn't get it to turn on or reconnect so I turned off my PS4 and waitwd flr a while. It's been a few hours and I just turned my PS4 back on, and while the controller will turn on, it shows the same white light and won't connect. I used the remote play app to use my PS4, and when I try to access the Bluetooth screen, it gives me an error code that Sony's support website has no information on. What would cause my bluetooth to stop working, and is there any fix for this? FYI, I've never dropped or shocked the console in such a way that'd cause the bluetooth antenna to break. Update: My PS4's bluetooth is inexplicably working now! I don't know what caused it to stop working, or how it's working now, but somehow it is and my controller is connected just fine!
