So about I’d say a month ago I decided to order two new controllers considering my only one at the time was the one that came with my console and it’s age was beginning to show. I got a magma red I think it is (it’s the solid red controller) and a camo one. The camo one seems to work fine but I got the red one for personal use and the other in case my dad wants to play something with me. I’ve tried everything except taking the controller apart and honestly I’m thinking I should just contact GameStop customer support because this started when I got the thing. I thought it just needed to be broken in a bit and that wasn’t it. Any suggestions would be welcome but I don’t really have the confidence to open up my controller since I’ve never worked on one but I have a friend who has and could assist in repairs if needed. Again any help would be more than welcome.
