Cannot sign in other consoles

Hello everyone, im having a tech issue and maybe someone can help me figure it out. My friend and I use my account to grind this game we play. He used to sign in all the time no issue. I recently changed my pw and email, and since then when he tries to login it says the login is wrong and doesnt work. I can sign in fine. Does anyone know a fix or whats going on?
