HELP! I can't get CP77 to download.

So I got Cyberpunk 2077 disc copy on my base Ps4 and when the download gets to about 11.535 it crawls to almost a complete stop then crashes. I've tried restarting my ps4, deleting and reinstalling the game, moving the download to my ps4 hard drive and my extended storage. Also I've tried downloading the patch first then the game and ive tried downloading the game first the the patch but I keep getting the same results. I have more than enough space in both my storages and my HDD works fine because I was just playing Cod not too long ago and thats a disc. So I have no idea what else to do really need some help.
