Issue with Spotify app on PS4. Anyone run into this or know how to fix?

Something seems to be broken here. Spotify doesn't show up in my main menu. I can find it in my library, but even then I can not "start" the app, as I only have access to the Overview, Trending, and Friends / Communities tabs. I have to go into the playstation store, search for the spotify app, and select "start" from the app in the store in order to use it. It still works so it's not the end of the world, just curious if anybody has run into this issue with spotify or any other apps?
