MOUSE AND KEYBOARD KEEP DISCONNECTING

My mouse and keyboard keep disconnecting when I use them on my ps4. When I use them on a desktop computer I is fine. Ive tried cleaning the usb ports and switching cables around. Have any other tips for me? PLEASE
