Ps4 is refusing to turn on or connect to HDMI

I keep trying to get it to turn on, and yes, the lights on the system turn on, however it doesn’t connect to HDMI or show anything on the TV. I’ve fixed it by holding buttons and stuff before, but it just happened again. I tried unplugging and replugging some wires but nothing changes. It’s on but shows nothing. Help please.
