Potentially missing content from 2016 from my library. When restoring licenses through the menu, I keep getting error code ce-42739-5.

Been playing Dark Souls 1 and 2, and remembered that I definitely owned DS3 at one point, so I checked trophies and I was playing in 04/2016. To be fair, I cannot remember if I bought a disk or Digital Download, but I almost always go digital so I have a strong feeling that it was.

I checked my transaction history on Sony.com, and they dont show anything earlier than a few things in 2017 which is definitely not accurate. Tried to restore licenses and get this error code. Tried searching it, and there does not seem to be a lot of information on it.

Any experience with it or advice on how to approach the situation?
