Sorry for the title gore, but I didn't really know how to word this. My PS4 is connected to the internet via a wired connection and my internet is fine, but all my games are locked. Restore Licenses just fails and there is an icon where it would say whether I am online or appearing offline. The icon is what appears when someone is connected to the mobile app. For some reason I can't do anything on the PS4 and it acts as if it isn't connected to the internet, even though it shows me what friends are online and even lets me create a party. Wtf is going on? If anyone can help or has experienced something similar I would appreciate your input. Thanks.
