PS4 got hacked, and someone bought RE2 with it.

So I'm not sure if this is allowed here or not (if it isn't, I'd appreciate if someone links me to a site which does), but recently while I was playing co-op with a friend, I got logged out of my account by a notification that said that someone else had logged in. Now I didn't know who, but I immediately went to change the password and log me out of all devices.

For now, it seemed the situation was clear, but when I went to the PSN store I noticed something was missing. My friend recently gifted me a 20$ gift card for PSN which I was saving for another sale, but I noticed all the money was gone and instead it was replaced with Resident Evil 2 in my library.

So I was wondering what the exact procedure was to refund it? I did eventually find a support bot and it did seem like I can do it when the support opens on Monday, but then I realized it said I can't refund if it's been installed. And when I went to my download queue from the site, it showed me that I was, indeed, installing RE2 (among other games from my library which I already had installed on my own PS4). So would they not let me refund it then? Or what happens now? Can I still make a case?

EDIT: Damn they actually fixed it super fast lmao, that was...great. Not only that but they are also helping me deactivate all other devices. I know no one will care to read this lmao but still thanks anyone who bothered to comment here <3
